Why Lyon Partners

Why Lyon Partners

Paid

USD compensation with uncapped performance commission. Publicly we won't list a range; privately we pay more than any comparable agency you can name.

Grow

Customer Engagement Specialist → Quality Specialist → Team Lead. Every promotion has explicit criteria and a six-month review cadence. No dead-end pods.

Remote

KE, PH, US, Europe. As long as your internet is reliable and you take your craft seriously, we don't care where your desk lives.

Trained

One-on-one onboarding with a senior specialist for the first six weeks. Weekly coaching after that. Mediocre hires aren't tolerated and good ones get actual mentorship.

Honestly, this isn't your typical corporate job. There's structure, but it feels casual once you settle in. If you're lazy, hate feedback, or disappear when things get hard, it's probably not for you. If you're open-minded and willing to learn, it's a really good fit. It built my confidence in communicating, leading, solving problems, and handling pressure as the company grows fast. It showed me I had way more potential than I gave myself credit for.

Working at Lyon Partners has reshaped how I understand people and collaboration. I've had the chance to engage with individuals from all over the world, each bringing different perspectives, communication styles, and expectations. Navigating these differences has taught me how to adapt, listen more intentionally, and approach situations with empathy rather than assumption. Over time, it's made me far more open-minded and thoughtful in how I work with others, and it's strengthened my ability to build meaningful connections across very different backgrounds.

Compared to typical PH companies that offer minimum wage, Lyon Partners provides a salary that actually supports my financial needs. They try to accommodate preferred shifts whenever possible. When a recent issue came up that could have easily been ignored, especially in a freelance setup, Lyon Partners took real action to fix it and made sure everyone involved felt heard and supported. Lyon stays present, listens, and follows through.
