Training Specialists shape high-performing specialists from day one and continuously level up the team. You translate quality standards into clear, actionable training, ensuring every specialist understands not just what to do, but how to do it in a way that matches the creator's voice. You partner closely with Quality Specialists and Team Leads to close skill gaps fast and keep performance consistently high. We promote into this role from the Quality Specialist track; we rarely hire externally because the role requires deep familiarity with how our specialists actually work.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding for new specialists: deliver structured training on tone, systems, and workflows.
- Run ongoing coaching sessions to improve performance across active trainees and veterans.
- Identify common mistakes and skill gaps; design targeted training to address them.
- Partner with Quality Specialists to align on feedback trends and reinforce standards.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect current best practices.
- Track trainee performance and ensure readiness before they go live in their assigned pod.
Requirements
- 6+ months as a Quality Specialist at Lyon Partners with strong, consistent performance.
- Native-level written English with the ability to clearly explain tone and communication nuances.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills; you can break down complex feedback into simple, actionable steps.
- Organized and process-driven; comfortable building training materials and tracking progress.
- Confident presenting in group settings and leading 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Open to feedback and able to adapt training based on team needs.
- Reliable computer setup with a working camera and clear microphone for live training sessions.
- Stable, high-speed internet capable of smooth screen sharing and real-time collaboration.

Day 01
Fundamentals
CRM, Discord, expectations. Meet the trainers and get clear on what's required throughout the program.
Day 02-03
The core
Specialist messaging, working with creators, engagement styles, creator pricing, and the Creator Hero CRM.
Day 04
Live shadowing
A coach handles real-time responses while you observe. Learn by watching how conversations get managed.
Day 05
Hands-on
Begin live work under coach supervision. Real practice and real feedback before you go solo.
