Terms of Use

The Site exists to describe open roles at Lyon Partners and to provide a starting point for candidates interested in applying. Applications themselves are handled through Workable, our applicant-tracking system. The Site only links out to those listings.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Lyon Partners, our team, other candidates, or any third party. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or plagiarised information through the contact form or through any linked Workable application.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, its infrastructure, or the third-party services it uses.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise automate the collection of content from the Site without our written permission.
• Use the Site to distribute malware, send spam, or harass any person.
• Impersonate another person in any communication submitted through the Site.

Clicking “Apply” on any role takes you to Workable, a third-party applicant-tracking system. Your use of Workable is governed by Workable’s Candidate Privacy Notice and any other terms they present. Submission of an application does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee that your application will be reviewed, that you will receive a response, or that you will be offered the role. We review applications in good faith but are not contractually obligated to respond to every submission.

We reserve the right to close, modify, or reopen any role at any time without notice. Role descriptions are illustrative and subject to revision as our needs evolve.

All content on the Site (text, imagery, layout, typography, source code, and design) is owned by Lyon Partners or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. linking from a LinkedIn post) but you may not copy, modify, republish, or create derivative works from any part of it without our written permission.

“Lyon Partners” and the Lyon Partners logomark are trademarks of Lyon Talent LLC. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

When you submit content to us (through the contact form or through a Workable application), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy, responding to you, and running our recruiting operations. You represent that the content you submit is your own or that you have the right to share it, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

The Site links to third-party services (Workable, Resend, Meta, Google, Railway, and any linked social-media profiles). We don’t control the operation, availability, or content of those services and we’re not responsible for them. Following a link to a third-party service takes you outside these terms and subjects you to the terms of that service.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, current, or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyon Partners, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lyon Partners harmless from any claim arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change is material, we’ll highlight it on the home page for at least 30 days.
